This was another really cool flavour to work with and try and create, and a recipe for this doesn’t seem to be out there yet so hopefully this turns out okay! The recipe probably needs some caramel added, but if you try this let me know!
What You’ll Need:
Glass: Shot Glass
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Chocolate Irish Cream
- Salted Caramel Irish Cream
Garnish: (Optional: Mini Mars Bar)
Making the Drink:
This is a really straightforward shaken shot.
- Add 20ml Vodka to shaker
- Add 20ml Chocolate Irish Cream
- Add 20ml Salted Caramel Irish Cream
- Fill the shaker with ice
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain
- Serve and enjoy

This shot would be really great with another Infused Vodka, this time with Mars Bars. To make this, get 500mls of Vodka, 200mls of Cream and about 5 regular Mars Bars (250grams). Melt the Mars Bars into the cream on a low heat, careful not to leave it sitting or it can burn. Once the mixture is smooth, take off the heat and add to Vodka in a spare bottle or jar. Shake it to incorporate and let sit overnight for the flavours to infuse.
